If you would like to change your current cookie settings, you can do that by clicking here.

We use cookies only to improve your experience and to gather information about how the site is being used so we can continuously improve content and functionality to better serve website users.

We are very supportive of the drive to respect privacy and to be transparent about what information is being captured. Under the latest GDPR guidance everyone has the right to explicitly give permission for data capture unless there is a defined legitimate interest and a need for data to be captured, under these circumstances we will only store the minimum data required and it will be held for the shortest period of time practical (see storage guidance here). You still retain the right to request to know what data is held about you and to have it either corrected or deleted. You can read about your rights here.

We use cookies at primarily three levels, the first are cookies which are required to make the website work. For example, some of these enable us to provide a reliable website that scales up based on the number of users, we call these cookies 'Essential'.

The second type of cookies are what we call 'Performance' and they help us to capture information about what pages are being viewed and how the site is being used so we can improve the design and content.

The final type of cookies are 'Functional' and they are usually required to improve the functionality in certain parts of the site, so for example we may use techniques to reduce spam being submitted to our contact forms by attempting to detect if the user submitting the form is a robot or real person.

You will have the choice to reject our Performance or Functional cookies or indeed both. Under these circumstances we have tried to ensure the site is still as useful as possible to you, but there may be some mild restrictions on what we can achieve without them.
